Training on Project Cycle Management held for DIH IDEMO staff

A training session on project cycle management was held at the Innovation Center Banja Luka from February 7th to February 21st, 2024, for the staff of DIH IDEMO, focusing on the preparation and implementation of projects funded by EU funds.

The lecturer, Mišel Pavlica, conducted six sessions, each lasting four hours, during which he covered all phases of the project cycle, the logical framework approach, and EU funding mechanisms. The training was interactive, with participants receiving tasks to complete with the lecturer’s assistance.

IDEMO is one of the supported digital innovation hubs, consisting of the Innovation Center Banja Luka, the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Banja Luka, and the Enterprise Development Agency EDA. The goal of the DIH IDEMO is to provide expert support to small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of digital transformation.

Representatives of all consortium members participated in the training.

DIH IDEMO is supported within the EU4DigitalSME project, jointly funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), which aims to establish and support the development of digital innovation hubs (DIH) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ).
