On March 26th, DIH IDEMO staff members and a GIZ representative visited three companies that were selected for provision of technical and professional support within the EU4DigitalSME project. The visit took place at the Royal Boden company in Laktaši, as well as the Maxmara and Radukić RDM companies in Banja Luka.

A digital software solution for online promotion was introduced for Royal Boden, and the services of information and data collection, analysis, creation and installation of software, training and the like were performed in Radukić RDM and Maxmara.

Representatives of the supported companies expressed their satisfaction with the provided services and plan to continue cooperation with DIH IDEMO.

Support for companies is organized within the EU4DigitalSME project, which is jointly financed by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), aimed at establishing and supporting the development of digital innovation hubs (DIH) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ).
