The Innovation Center Banja Luka has launched the implementation of advanced training programs for the development of AI solutions as part of the AI FORWARD project.

The program is intended for IT companies and professionals from Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the aim of strengthening capacities for the development and implementation of artificial intelligence-based solutions, with direct application in the business processes of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).

Through a combination of theoretical and practical work, participants will have the opportunity to:
✔ develop concrete AI solutions for real business needs
✔ gain hands-on experience through collaboration with MSMEs
✔ receive continuous mentoring and technical support

The program includes a total of 12 sessions organized into four thematic modules, focusing on AI automation, working with agents, API integrations, and data processing.

The training has brought together IT professionals who already have experience in software development or IT administration, as well as basic knowledge of programming and working with API services, and who aim to enhance their skills and develop AI solutions with concrete business applications.

The AI FORWARD project is implemented with financial support from the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), supported under the EU initiative for private sector development – EU4PSD, which is part of the broader GIZ SEDEP program, additionally funded by the Swiss government.
