The Banja Luka Innovation Center, in partnership with Bloomteq (Ilirya Tech Group Sarajevo), has started the implementation of the AI FORWARD project.

The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina through the application of artificial intelligence-based solutions. As part of the project, educational programs, specialized training for IT professionals, and tailored support for the introduction of AI tools into the daily operations of SMEs are planned, with a special focus on export-oriented and women-led businesses.

The AI FORWARD project is implemented with financial support from the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), supported under the EU Private Sector Development initiative – EU4PSD, which is part of the broader GIZ SEDEP program, additionally funded by the Swiss Government.
