Within the AI FORWARD project, the Innovation Center Banja Luka successfully conducted a series of specialized trainings designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), aimed at strengthening their capacities for applying artificial intelligence in modern business operations.

The trainings were held in a hybrid format, with some participants attending in person at the Innovation Center premises, while others followed the sessions online, providing greater accessibility and flexibility for participation.

The program included four practical modules tailored to the real business challenges of SMEs:
• Visual Applications – using AI tools to create professional visuals, branding, and marketing materials
• Data Analysis and Machine Learning – making data-driven decisions with AI tools, without the need for programming
• Process Automation – no-code and low-code tools to improve business efficiency and automate workflows
• AI for ESG Compliance – smart solutions for ESG reporting and the development of customized AI assistants

Through a practical approach and modern AI tools, participants gained knowledge that directly contributes to the digital transformation, competitiveness, and sustainable development of their enterprises.

The AI FORWARD project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), under the EU Private Sector Development initiative – EU4PSD, which is part of the broader GIZ SEDEP program, with additional funding from the Swiss Government.
