EDA – the Enterprise Development Agency, as the contracting authority, has published a Public Call within the DESET project for the submission of bids for services related to the preparation and delivery of training for lead auditors – IRCA-certified training for ISO 50001. The training is organized with the aim of qualifying selected auditors to plan, conduct, and report on energy management system (EnMS) audits in accordance with ISO 50001.

Interested bidders are invited to submit their offers in accordance with the tender documentation. The tender documentation will be provided to interested bidders upon request sent to the following address: bojan.kovacevic@edabl.org

The deadline for submission of bids is September 15, 2025, by 2:00 p.m.

The DESET project is implemented by DIH IDEMO, which consists of EDA – the Enterprise Development Agency as the lead partner, together with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Banja Luka, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, the Banja Luka Innovation Center, and the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska. The project is implemented with financial support from the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), under the EU Private Sector Development initiative – EU4PSD. EU4PSD is part of the broader GIZ SEDEP program, additionally funded by the Swiss Government.
