The Innovation Centre Banja Luka (ICBL) invites micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) from Bosnia and Herzegovina to apply for participation in an intensive AI mentoring and practical implementation programme focused on AI-based solutions, delivered within the framework of the AI FORWARD project.
The aim of the programme is to support enterprises in identifying their business needs and adopting AI technologies that can contribute to:
- Improving and automating business processes;
- Increasing operational efficiency;
- Optimising workflows;
- Enhancing business decision-making.
Two SMEs will be selected to receive intensive expert and mentoring support to identify and implement AI solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
The selected enterprises will receive:
- An assessment of their digital readiness and an analysis of their business processes;
- Support in identifying priority opportunities for AI adoption;
- Expert assistance in selecting an appropriate AI solution;
- Mentoring and technical support throughout the adaptation of the solution;
- Support during the pilot implementation and testing of the solution in a real business environment;
- Monitoring of initial results, evaluation, and recommendations for further development.
This call is intended for export-oriented and/or women-led enterprises that have a clearly defined business challenge and are prepared to actively participate in all stages of the programme.
When applying, enterprises should clearly identify the business problem they intend to address through AI adoption and demonstrate their readiness to actively collaborate with experts throughout the solution implementation process.

In addition to the completed application form, enterprises are required to submit a signed Izjava preduzeća.
