“Green Transition Partner” – Strategic Support from the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska for a New Era of Business
As part of the project “Digitally Sustainable Green Transition of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Republic of Srpska – DiGreenSMEs”, implemented through the EU Initiative for Private Sector Development in Bosnia and Herzegovina with financial support from the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska (CCRS) has successfully integrated a new service entitled “Green Transition Partner” into its portfolio.
Within just six months of its launch, the service has become a key support mechanism for domestic businesses, helping them respond to growing market demands through digital and green transformation. Under the slogan “Supporting Your Journey Towards Sustainable Business”, the service has been designed to guide small and medium-sized enterprises towards more energy-efficient, environmentally responsible, and competitive business operations.
Practical Solutions for Complex Challenges
The green transition is no longer merely a regulatory requirement but an opportunity to improve business performance. The “Green Transition Partner” service provides practical guidance on where and how to begin the transformation process. Through a structured approach, SMEs receive:

- Access to funding opportunities and modern technological solutions

Who is the service intended for?
The service is primarily designed for manufacturing and export-oriented companies, businesses with high energy consumption, companies integrated into the supply chains of large corporations, enterprises planning to enter international markets, and technology and ICT companies.
Strengthening the Domestic Economy in the Long Term
Through this service, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska is establishing a new model of cooperation based on practical support and knowledge transfer. Digitalisation and green business processes become tools for reducing costs, increasing resilience, and strengthening the competitiveness of the economy of the Republic of Srpska.
As a member of the DIH IDEMO initiative, the Chamber further strengthens the services available through the Digital Innovation Hub by connecting businesses, ICT companies, and innovation experts.
