The Digital Innovation Hub IDEMO invites all representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises interested in business process management, as well as representatives of institutions and organizations that support SMEs, to a workshop to be held on April 26, 2024, starting at 10:00 a.m. The workshop will take place at the Banja Luka Innovation Center, Mladena Stojanovića Street 4, Banja Luka.
Workshop Objective:
The workshop provides a unique opportunity to gain a better understanding of business processes, identify key processes, analyze and improve them, and apply automation and digitalization.

- Module 3: Process Improvement and Optimization
- Module 4: Process Automation and Digitalization

Lecturer:
The workshop will be led by Dragan Vučić, director of Cyclos Systems, an expert with experience in banking, IT technology applications, and the development of solutions related to process management in various industries and sectors, including finance, education, manufacturing, and transportation. Dragan is a certified process data engineer as well as a certified internal controls auditor (CICA).

About the Digital Innovation Hub IDEMO:
IDEMO is one of the supported Digital Innovation Hubs within the “Innovation and Digitalization of Small and Medium Enterprises / EU4DigitalSME” project. The IDEMO DIH consists of the Banja Luka Innovation Center, the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Banja Luka, and the Enterprise Development Agency (EDA).
The goal of the IDEMO Digital Innovation Hub is to provide SMEs with expert support in the process of digital transformation.
The project is jointly funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ). It aims to establish and support the development of Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ).
