INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WORKSHOP: Support for SMEs in Digitalization Processes

The Digital Innovation Hub IDEMO invites representatives of institutions and organizations providing support to SMEs to the workshop “Support for SMEs in Digitalization Processes,” which will take place on September 15, 2023, starting at 09:00 in the Innovation Center Banja Luka, Mladena Stojanovića Street 4.

The workshop aims to present and discuss various forms of support for SMEs in digitalization processes and provide answers to the following questions:

What are the key challenges for SMEs in digitalization processes?

What support measures and instruments for SMEs in digitalization processes can give good results in the local context?

How can institutions and organizations providing support for SMEs in digitalization processes enhance support measures for SMEs in digitalization processes (design, implementation and monitoring, evaluation, and reflection)?

IDEMO is one of the supported digital innovation hubs within the project “Innovation and Digitalization of Small and Medium Enterprises/EU4DigitalSME”[1]. The DIH IDEMO includes the Innovation Center Banja Luka, the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Banja Luka, and the Agency for Enterprise Development EDA.

The goal of the IDEMO digital innovation hub is to provide expert support to small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of digital transformation.
