Final Event of the DIH IDEMO project held

The event began with a welcome speech and a presentation of DIH IDEMO, showcasing its results and achievements as well as plans for the future. Following this, the first panel, “Digitalization of Business Processes: Key to Competitiveness and Profitability for Small and Medium Enterprises,” commenced. The speakers were Dragan Vučić (Cyclos Systems), Aleksandar Danon (Business Mentor), and Zebir Filović (No Limit Technology), with Goran Janković (Eda) serving as the panel moderator.

The presentation of the solution “Business Administration Digital Dock” by Srđan Bjelić (Supernova, Blicnet) and the presentation of the Digital Europe program by Sandra Memišević (DEI) preceded the start of the second panel.

In the second panel, “The Future of Innovative Ecosystems,” Antonio José Castro (FundingBox) and Tomislav Plesec (AI & Gaming EDIH) participated, moderated by Siniša Begović.

Following the panels, a “One-on-One – Fostering Change: A Guide to EU Funding Opportunities for Innovation” session was held, featuring Maria Roca (FundingBox) and Siniša Marčić (RCC). Maria Roca concluded the event with key highlights and closing remarks.

The event was attended by representatives from many small and medium enterprises, institutions, and international organizations.

IDEMO is one of the supported digital innovation hubs within the “Innovation and Digitalization of Small and Medium Enterprises/EU4DigitalSME” project. DIH IDEMO comprises the Innovation Center Banja Luka, the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Banja Luka, and the Enterprise Development Agency EDA.

The goal of the DIH IDEMO is to provide expert support to small and medium enterprises in the process of digital transformation.

DIH IDEMO is supported within the EU4DigitalSME project, jointly funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), which aims to establish and support the development of digital innovation hubs (DIH) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ).
