The Digital Innovation Hub IDEMO and the Chamber of Crafts and Entrepreneurs of the Banja Luka region signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on May 31st, 2024, at the premises of the Innovation Center Banja Luka.

The memorandum was signed by Žana Arsić, President of the Chamber of Crafts and Entrepreneurs of the Banja Luka region, and Drago Gverić, Director of the Innovation Center Banja Luka.

IDEMO is one of the supported digital innovation hubs within the project “Innovation and Digitalization of Small and Medium Enterprises/EU4DigitalSME.” DIH IDEMO consists of the Innovation Center Banja Luka, the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Banja Luka, and the Enterprise Development Agency EDA.

The goal of the digital innovation hub IDEMO is to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with expert support in the process of digital transformation.

The project, jointly funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), aims to establish and support the development of digital innovation hubs (DIHs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ).
