One of the participants in the AI FORWARD training programme was Nikola Maksimčuk, representing Telemax d.o.o.
As he explains, he enrolled in the training because he believes that the learning process is far more effective when there is structured guidance through the subject and practical, real-world examples, rather than relying solely on independent research, which often requires significantly more time.
Nikola believes that training programmes like this are of great importance today, particularly in the context of the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
In his view, these types of educational programmes are like a train you need to catch on time—otherwise, you’ll be left behind.
Through the AI FORWARD programme, participants had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge about the application of AI tools, process automation, and modern digital solutions that are already transforming the way companies across various industries operate.
The AI FORWARD project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ). It is supported under the EU Initiative for Private Sector Development (EU4PSD), which is part of the broader GIZ SEDEP programme, also co-financed by the Swiss Government.
