Innovation Center Banja Luka (ICBL) invites micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from Bosnia and Herzegovina to apply for participation in the program for the introduction of solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI) within the AI FORWARD project. The project is implemented in partnership with the company Bloomteq (Ilyira Tech Group Sarajevo).
The goal of the program is to support companies in the application of AI technologies that can contribute to:
automation of business processes
increasing business efficiency
reducing operational costs
better business decision-making.
Within the program, up to 5 SMEs will be selected to receive expert support for the identification, adaptation and implementation of AI solutions in their business operations.
Selected companies will receive:
• analysis of business processes and identification of opportunities for AI application
• adaptation and implementation of AI solutions
• coverage of costs for the use of AI tools
• technical support and mentoring by AI experts
• training of employees for the use of AI tools
• monitoring of results and evaluation of implementation effects.

The AI FORWARD project is implemented with the financial support of the EU and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), supported within the EU initiative for private sector development – EU4PSD, which is part of the broader GIZ SEDEP program additionally funded by the Swiss government.
