The Digital Innovation Hub IDEMO will organize an event on May 16, 2024, titled “Digital Innovation Hub: Engine of Development and Regional Economic Connectivity.” The event will take place at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Banja Luka.

Key topics of the event will include digitalization of work and production processes, opportunities offered by regional connectivity, utilization of available resources, and implementation of innovative projects.
Participant registration begins at 9:00 a.m. with a welcome coffee and media statements. During the event, results and achievements will be presented, along with demonstrations of DIH IDEMO services and plans for the future. Panels will address topics such as digitalization of work processes, the future of innovative ecosystems, and funding opportunities through collaboration with FundingBox. The event will conclude with lunch and networking.
About the Digital Innovation Hub IDEMO:
IDEMO is one of the supported Digital Innovation Hubs within the “Innovation and Digitalization of Small and Medium Enterprises / EU4DigitalSME” project. The IDEMO DIH consists of the Banja Luka Innovation Center, the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Banja Luka, and the Enterprise Development Agency (EDA).
The goal of the IDEMO Digital Innovation Hub is to provide SMEs with expert support in the process of digital transformation.
The project is jointly funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ). It aims to establish and support the development of Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ).
