A training session on Agile project management was held at the Innovation Center Banja Luka from March 1st to March 16th, 2024, for the staff of DIH IDEMO.
Lecturers Aleksandar Drenovac and Dejan Tomić conducted four sessions, each lasting four hours, covering both theoretical foundations and practical applications. They discussed Agile methodology, Kanban methodology, and the Scrum framework.
The training included topics such as the basics of Agile project management and applying the Agile approach in project management, an overview of Agile methods, project planning and initiation, estimation, iteration planning and monitoring in Agile projects, leading Agile teams, managing the involvement of relevant stakeholders in Agile projects, and more.
IDEMO is one of the supported digital innovation hubs, consisting of the Innovation Center Banja Luka, the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Banja Luka, and the Enterprise Development Agency EDA. The goal of the DIH IDEMO is to provide expert support to small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of digital transformation.

DIH IDEMO is supported within the EU4DigitalSME project, jointly funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), which aims to establish and support the development of digital innovation hubs (DIH) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ).
